Is there a design set up cost
Yes, each project will have a design cost associated with it. The trophy category, quantity and specification will determine how much this is.
Where are the trophies made?
All our trophies are designed and manufactured in the UK.
Do you ship around the world and how much does it cost?
Yes, we can ship outside of the UK. However shipping timescales and cost will vary project by project. This is something that is calculated once the quantity and design has been confirmed.
What are the trophies packaged in and do they come individually packed?
We can either pack multiple trophies together to one address or individually pack and send out to multiple addresses. Cost will vary depending on what is required.
All trophy packaging has been considered from a sustainability perspective and is either repurposed packaging or Flexihex sleeves.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we ask for a minimum of 50% upfront and the rest paid before dispatch.
What is the lead time for your trophies?
Lead time varies depending on quantity and design, we usually estimate 12 weeks. However, if you need something sooner please contact us and we can see what is possible within your timeframe.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order however, the cost per unit will decrease with higher quantities.
Do you make prototypes?
We can make prototypes, these will be charged separately as a one-off cost.
Can you incorporate materials from my business?
Yes, in the past we have for example used glass bottles taken from the recycling bins at the venue for the awards ceremony and incorporated rubbish from a river clean, recycled plastics sourced from production-line reject car headlamps melted down and created flecks from end-of-life Bank of England £20 bank notes shredded up and scattered randomly into the material.
